为深入学习贯彻习近平文化思想和习近平总书记考察湖北重要讲话精神，充分发挥短视频作品传播快、流量大、互动强的特点，大力推动荆楚文化创造性转化、创新性发展，打造具有国际影响力的长江文化高地，进一步提升支点文化影响力，推动构建更有效力的国际传播体系，省广电局、省委网信办、省教育厅决定共同举办“向未来·共筑长江梦”2025年湖北省外国留学生短视频大赛（以下简称“大赛”）。现将有关事项通知如下:

　　In alignment with the effort to thoroughly understand and act on the Xi Jinping Thought on Culture and the guiding principles communicated by the General Secretary Xi Jinping during his visit to Hubei, the Radio and Television Administration of Hubei Province, the Office of the Cyberspace Affairs Commission of the CPC Hubei Provincial Committee, and the Department of Education of Hubei Province have decided to jointly hold the “Build a Dream of Yangtze River Together for the Future” 2025 Hubei Province International Student Short Video Competition (hereinafter referred to as the "Competition"). This event aims to take full advantage of the rapid dissemination, huge traffic, and strong interactivity of short videos to vigorously promote the creative transformation and innovative development of the Jingchu culture, build a Yangtze River cultural hub with international influence, further enhance the cultural impact of Hubei as a key strategic pivot, and help establish a more effective international communication system.
