为全面贯彻落实党的二十大和二十届二中全会精神，深入学习贯彻习近平文化思想，不断增强文化自信，着力加强国际传播能力建设，促进文明交流互鉴，充分发挥短视频作品传播快、流量大、互动强的特点，进一步促进各国青年之间的交往交融，推动以长江文化为代表的中华优秀传统文化创造性转化、创新性发展，湖北省广播电视局、中共湖北省委网络安全和信息化委员会办公室、湖北省教育厅、共青团湖北省委决定联合举办“向未来·共筑长江梦”首届湖北省外国留学生短视频大赛活动（以下简称“大赛”）。现将有关事项通知如下：

　　In alignment with the effort to fully implement the guiding principles from the 20th CPC National Congress and the Second Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, gain a good understanding of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture and act on it, continuously enhance cultural confidence, strengthen our capacity for international communication, and facilitate exchanges and mutual learning between civilizations, the Radio and Television Administration of Hubei Province, the Office of the Cyberspace Affairs Commission of the CPC Hubei Provincial Committee, the Department of Education of Hubei Province, and the Hubei Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League of China have decided to jointly hold the "Build a Dream of Yangtze River Together for the Future" -- First Hubei Province International Student Short Video Competition (hereinafter referred to as the "Competition") to fully leverage the rapid dissemination, huge traffic, and strong interactivity of short videos for the purpose of further facilitating exchange and integration among young people from different countries and pushing for creative transformation and innovative development of China's fine traditional culture represented by the Yangtze River culture.
