I.参赛对象 Eligibility

　　具有外国国籍，来鄂（在鄂）学习、生活、旅居（旅游）的各学段留学生。

　　Foreign nationals who are international students at any stage of education, currently studying, living, or traveling (touring) in Hubei.

　　II.日程安排 Timeline

　　1.作品征集与报送 Submission：

　　作品截稿时间为2025年9月15日

　　The Deadline for the work is September 15, 2025.

　　2.作品初评 Initial Evaluation of Entries：

　　作品初评：2025年9月中旬

　　Mid-September 2025

　　3.作品复评及网络投票 Final evaluation and online voting：

　　2025年9月下旬

　　Late September 2025

　　4.结果公示 Results announcement：

　　III.作品申报 Submission

　　1.下载填报 Download and Complete Forms。

　　各申报单位或个人可登录湖北省广播电视局门户网站(https://gdj.hubei.gov.cn)或2025年湖北省外国留学生短视频大赛网址(http://cjm.cnpiechb.com)，在通知公告栏目查看通知文件，下载《作品申报表》(附件1)《作品版权承诺书》(附件2)，按要求填写好相关表格，打印盖章并扫描成PDF格式。

　　Applicants, either individuals or organizations, can visit the portal of the Radio and Television Administration of Hubei Province (https://gdj.hubei.gov.cn) or the official website of 2025 Hubei Province International Student Short Video Competition (http://cjm.cnpiechb.com) to view the notice under "Announcement"; download the "Work Submission Form" (Annex 1) and "Copyright Authorization Commitment" (Annex 2); complete the forms as required, and print, stamp, and scan them into PDF format.

　　2.网上申报 Online Submission。

　　登录“向未来·共筑长江梦”2025年湖北省外国留学生短视频大赛网址http://cjm.cnpiechb.com，按要求自行注册，点击报送入口进行申报(参赛音视频作品需上传至百度网盘，时间调整为永久有效)。

　　Register on the official website of 2025 Hubei Province International Student Short Video Competition (http://cjm.cnpiechb.com) as required, and click on "Submission" to submit your work (entries should be uploaded to Baidu Netdisk, with permanent validity).
