I.作品创作 Creation Direction

　　参赛作品要坚持正确政治方向、舆论导向、价值取向和审美趣向，坚持思想精深、艺术精湛、制作精良相统一。应重点围绕 “向未来·共筑长江梦”展开，符合但不限于下列范围：

　　Entries must adhere to the correct political direction, public opinion direction, value orientation, and aesthetic preferences, achieving the unity of profound thought, exquisite artistry, and excellent production. Their focus should be on the theme "Build a Dream of Yangtze River Together for the Future", and may include, but is not limited to, the following areas:

　　1. 以“漫游湖北、感受荆楚魅力”为主线，围绕湖北历史、人文、经济、教育、社会等领域，深入感受中华文化的独特魅力，集中反映荆楚文化的博大精深，生动展现中华文明连续性、创新性、统一性、包容性、和平性，全面展示真实、立体的中国形象、湖北形象。

　　Threaded by "Exploring Hubei to Experience the Charm of Jingchu", entries should, revolving around the history, culture, economy, education, and society of Hubei Province, thoroughly engage with the unique charm of Chinese culture, reflecting the highly developed and sophisticated Jingchu culture, showcasing the continuity, innovation, unity, inclusiveness, and peacefulness of Chinese civilization, and presenting an authentic, multi-dimensional image of China and Hubei.

　　2. 以“学在湖北、促进文化交流”为主线，围绕在鄂(来鄂)留学期间学习或归国后工作中的所见所闻，讲述亲身经历精彩故事、发生的喜人变化、产生的独有感悟、参与的创新创造等等。感受“中国人中国事中国情中国景”，记录在中国、在湖北发生的美好瞬间。

　　Threaded by "Studying in Hubei to Promote Cultural Exchange", entries should, focusing on student experiences during study in Hubei or during work after returning home, recount personal stories, delightful changes, unique insights, and innovation and creativity that involve students. They should capture beautiful moments in China, particularly in Hubei, which are related to Chinese people, affairs, sentiments, and landscapes.

　　3. 以“印象湖北、讲好中国故事”为主线，围绕“一带一路”倡议提出十周年以来，湖北的发展与进步，讲述留学生对中国近年来发展的看法和认识。深刻体会与感受湖北人民在奋力推进中国式现代化，全面推进中华民族伟大复兴道路上踔厉奋发的精神面貌。

　　Threaded by "Impressions of Hubei -- Telling China's Stories in a Compelling Way", entries should, centering around Hubei's development and progress since the Belt and Road Initiative was proposed ten years ago, convey international students' views and understanding of China's development in recent years, reflecting the spirit of Hubei people as they strive towards Chinese modernization and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

　　II.作品要求 Entries

　　1.内容要求 Content：

　　参赛作品保证内容积极健康，传播正能量。遵守中华人民共和国相关法律法规，符合《网络短视频内容审核标准细则》等相关要求;

　　The content of entries must be positive and healthy, promoting positive energy. They must comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and adhere to the "Detailed Standards for Content Review of Online Short Video" among other relevant requirements.

　　2.版权要求 Copyright：

　　参赛作品须为个人或团队创作的原创作品，版权明晰，画面、音乐、字体版权及肖像授权等无争议。抄袭、搬运作品不纳入评审范围;

　　Entries must be original works created by individuals or teams, with clear and undisputed copyrights concerning visuals, music, fonts, and portrait rights. Plagiarized or repurposed works will not be accepted for review.

　　3.时间要求 Length：

　　原则上，作品时长在1-10分钟以内为宜。

　　In principle, the length of each entry should be between 1 and 10 minutes.

　　4.格式要求 Format：

　　均采用MP4、MOV、AVI等常见格式。视频须具备完整图像、声音、字幕。分辨率、码率、画幅、帧率等技术规格以符合网络多终端播出为标准。鼓励报送多语种作品，对白、旁白、解说等须添加中文简体双语字幕，声音、画质清晰流畅。

　　Entries should be in common formats such as MP4, MOV, or AVI. They must have complete images, sound, and subtitles. Technical specifications such as resolution, bit rate, aspect ratio, and frame rate should meet the standards for playback across multiple online platforms. Submissions in multiple languages are encouraged, with Simplified Chinese subtitles required for dialogues, voiceovers, and narrations. The audio and image quality should be clear and smooth.

　　III.活动奖项 Awards

　　本次大赛面向湖北省外国留学生征集作品，分别设立一、二、三类奖，最佳人气奖等若干名。获奖作品将有机会推荐参与我省其他赛事。

　　The Competition will feature first, second, and third prizes, as well as Best Popularity Awards. Winning entries may be recommended for other competitions.
